Writing files to the new branch using GIT

·         In git bash type pull command

·         We can see the new branch name got pulled to local.

·         For changing the branch we can use checkout command as shown below.

·         For pushing file to branch type add, commit and push command as shown below.

o    $ git add file name

o    $ git commit -m “Commitment you want to give”

o    $ git push

·         We can see new file got pushed into the branch.

Branch creation using newsource

Steps to Create a Branch in newsource:-

·         Open Master repository and click on Create Branch.

·         Give Branch type and Branch name as shown below.

 ·         Click on Creare Branch

·         We can see “Branch_Document” branch got created (Inherited all the files from Master)
